800NS, Videx, Surface Stainless Steel Keypad – 2 Codes + Light or Ali (21PS) 

Stainless steel surface mounting coded access keypad with rainshield. It has 2 codes and 2 relay outputs with a PTE input on the first relay. Both relays are programmable between 1-99 seconds or latching. Requires 12-24v ac/dc psu.
