Terms and Conditions

  1. All First time orders do require shipping to the billing address, alternative arrangements can be made, please contact our Support Team
  2. Credit Card payments must have a valid UK billing address entered in your billing address details.  If the address details do not tally with the address the card issuer has for this card we will not accept the payment.
  3. If Paying by Paypal we can only accept paypal accounts that have a confirmed address and a verified Account. (Non UK verified only)Non verified and unconfirmed addresses will be stalled, awaiting a change in status by the client with Paypal
  4. If you have a suspected faulty item, please use our Support Ticket System for fault analysis and support. If the issue cannot be resolved then an RMA number will be provided and the item can be returned to us.
  5. All RMA Numbers are valid for 30 days, any goods returned without a Valid RMA or RMA number noted externally will be returned to sender and postage charged.
  6. Goods returned must have the relevant RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging; please do not write on the original product packaging, as this will no longer be deemed as new, a handling charge of 20% will be applied.
  7. Goods, which have been ordered incorrectly or are no longer required must be returned unopened and will be subject to a 20% handling fee, if not returned/or notified to us in writing with in 14 working days. Goods must be returned as they were shipped (i.e., original packaging, unopened, all documentation and or accessories) if this is not the case the fee may be increased or the items returned.
  8. Collections can only be arranged on items that are either DOA (Dead on arrival) or suspected faulty within a period of 7 days from the date of arrival, only one collection attempt will be made, if this fails due to no one present at address, or goods not being available, the responsibility will be with the customer to return these good/s. Items reported faulty after this period must be returned to us under out 12 months RTB (return to base) warranty. The shipping cost to us is the responsibility of the customer. Items which have been collected that are tested ‘No Fault Found’ will have the collection, and redelivery cost charged along with the diagnostic test fee.
  9. A Charge for diagnostic testing will become chargeable for all returned items, which are returned and tested as ‘No Fault Found’ along with standard redelivery charges back to the customer.
  10. Items returned under the RTB (return to base) warranty are at the customers cost and risk. Suitable packaging is advised.
  11. Items must be inspected upon receipt, and any damages must be reported in writing with 48hrs of delivery using our Support Ticket System. Items received, which have been damaged, immediately become the property of the recipient if they have been signed for as being received in good condition from the courier. We as a company do not accept any liability for goods which have been signed for in this manner or not reported to us in the time frame listed above.
  12. Security Warehouse LTD or its employees / representatives are not privileged to make any representations regarding any items, whether in specification or otherwise unless confirmed in writing (excluding email). The contents of this web site should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making any decsion, as it does not constitute advice. The buyer accepts this and waivers any right to claims which are not confirmed in this manner.
  13. Security Warehouse LTD will make every effort to ensure deliveries are on time but accept no liability for items, which are delayed for any reason. The web site shows items AS AVAILABLE basis but with the provision that the web site does not run live quantities for commercial reasons. While we try to ensure that all prices are correct, this Company reserves the right not to supply goods which are found to be incorrectly prices, in this case you may confirm or cancel the order.
  14. If you are not availble for deliveries for any reason and the goods are returned you will incur the delivery charge.
  15. Images on the website are given for guidance only and may not be an actual representation of the product.
  16. Terms and conditions above are subject to change without notice at the discretion of the Company, and we shall not be held liable to you for any change or removal. .
